ILLUMINATE 2026 — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Event Details

Illuminate 2026 takes place October 11–14, 2026 at The Gale Hotel, Miami Beach. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms in full. Please note that accommodation and transportation are not included in your ticket purchase and are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Ticket Purchases & Refunds

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or change of mind. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize Illuminate to charge your card on file automatically on each scheduled payment date until your balance is paid in full. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.

In the event of a missed or failed payment, Illuminate will make reasonable attempts to notify you. If the outstanding balance is not resolved within 7 days of the failed payment date, your ticket will be forfeited and all payments made to date will be retained by Illuminate as a non-refundable deposit. No credit, transfer, or future event access will be issued in connection with a forfeited ticket.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to these terms in full.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Illuminate organizers. If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer of your ticket to another eligible attendee by contacting us at Getlit@illuminatecreative.live no later than September 1, 2026. Transfers are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. Unapproved transfers will not be honoured at the door.

Event Cancellation or Changes

In the unlikely event that Illuminate 2026 is cancelled by the organizers, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price. Illuminate reserves the right to modify event dates, venue, speakers, programming, or format at any time. In the event of a change (not a full cancellation), no refunds will be issued.

Illuminate is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with the event.

Force Majeure

Illuminate and CLM Productions LLC. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, government-imposed restrictions or travel bans, war, civil unrest, terrorism, fire, flood, severe weather, venue closure, or any other event that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented.

In the event that Illuminate 2026 is impacted by a force majeure event, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or deliver the event in an alternative format. Where a full cancellation is unavoidable due to force majeure, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price. Illuminate will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

Code of Conduct

Illuminate is a professional community event. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

By attending, you agree to treat fellow participants, speakers, sponsors, and staff with dignity and respect.

Photography & Recording Consent

By attending Illuminate 2026, you grant Illuminate and its organizers the right to photograph, film, and record your likeness during the event. This content may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes across any medium, including social media, websites, and future event materials, without compensation or further consent.

Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending Illuminate 2026, you agree to release and hold harmless Illuminate, CLM Productions LLC., its organizers, staff, contractors, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings.

Attendance is at your own risk. Illuminate is not liable for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, venue issues, or force majeure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from ticket purchases or attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
